		<description>These are definitely some good points that I did not think about.  Sometimes I tend to see things only from the end-user point of view and forget about the business aspect.  I would guess that businesses stick to the brand name software simply because the support is a phone call away.  Unfortunately, the support is horrible the majority of the time, which makes me question again, why not use open source?  Then again it&#039;s not our money...</description>
