		<description>Anti-malware is a pretty awesome product.  It&#039;s definitely helped me out once or twice.  You should check out bitdefender.  They have a free version that does a pretty awesome job scanning.  No active scanning though, which sucks, but their detection and removal rate is one of the best.  Oh yeah, it also requires registration.

Btw, step three is usually where one would go away for a few minutes and have a beer.</description>
